Working with multiple stakeholders, the goal is to continually evolve creative assets to drive customer engagement and sales.

Your time will likely consist of 60% actual design work (mostly videos, digital marketing creatives, social media creatives), 20% team leadership tasks, 10% on overall creative strategies and 10% on pre-production video shoots.

Main Responsibilities:

Design:

  • Working with multiple business units, you and your team will be responsible for creating a wealth of product information, marketing material and editorial content, in print and digital formats, which answer the needs of customers throughout the entire customer journey.
  • Alongside various stakeholders, to foster a culture of design testing and learning, to evolve the creative for better performance.
  • Alongside your team, you will manage and design the following: templates for print and digital assets, static and video creatives for social media, website, PR, digital banners, corporate presentations, tradeshow booths, outdoor advertising and more.
  • Where possible, manage and guide local creative agencies and vendors to ensure campaign cohesiveness and localization

Team Output and Collaboration:

  • Accountable for the overall output of the team, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest creative standards, on time and on budget.
  • Fully own and manage the workflow process (through Monday.com), ensuring that it is highly effective and efficient.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, paid media, content, CRM, social, B2B, people and more) to integrate creative solutions into broader project strategies.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment where team members feel inspired and encouraged to turn ideas into actionable concepts that defy the ordinary.
  • We support a culture where Health and Safety, Wellbeing and Personal Data at work are important. We are all adults, which means we expect the same in return. Each of us plays our part looking out for ourselves, each other, our Partners and our customers every day.

As you can see, this role covers a wide range of responsibilities, but we know that our People are more than just their job description.
