Your teamYour new team is a group of motivated, collaborative, and innovative people. They are Designers, Product Managers, and Developers from more than seven different countries. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product but always keep room for new ideas and approaches. Outside of work, some of them are parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline junkies, and so much more.
Your mission
As the Vice President of Product, you will lead a talented and dynamic team of over 25 professionals across multiple departments, including product management, product design, innovation, and research.
Your role will be instrumental in driving the success of our company's products by directing our product strategy and fostering a culture of innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet and exceed market and customer expectations. Your leadership and vision will be critical in shaping the future of our company's product offerings and driving our growth.
You will work closely with the CEO to ensure our products are aligned with the company's vision and goals.
You can work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland or on-site in our St. Gallen office. Choose where to work from that works best for you.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction for the product group, ensuring alignment with Frontify's overall business goals and vision.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop product management, design, innovation, and research teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Product Vision and Roadmap: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap, translating Frontify’s strategic goals into actionable plans.
  • Innovation and Research: Foster an environment of innovation and research, ensuring Frontify stays ahead of market trends and customer needs.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance metrics for the product group, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate technology strategy and progress to internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, including regular reporting to the CEO.
  • Community and customer engagement: External building relationships with strategic customers and key community members.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain transparent and effective communication across all organisational levels, aligning Product initiatives with company objectives.

Your background

  • You have extensive experience in product leadership, ideally in a similar industry or tech-driven environment.
  • You have a proven track record in managing product management, design, and innovation teams.
  • You hold strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.
  • You have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a knack for inspiring and motivating teams.
