Your Role
As an Audience Insights Manager, you'll be working with the insights and sales teams, using the Fifty Platform to inform strategy for our clients. Our core focus is on ‘audience strategy’, i.e. identifying, understanding and segmenting a brand’s target audience. We then use this information to inform strategies across media, creative, influencer, partnership and content marketing. Working collaboratively with an array of clients, you'll be a key contributor within the Fifty team, sitting at the heart of operations, and engaging with every aspect of what we do.
As part of a small team, there is a great opportunity to grow and gain more responsibility within this role. Please note, that this is not an explicitly technical role. While we will require you to be competent with using technology, we are not looking for someone with hard technical or data analysis skills, this is much more about creative thinking and problem-solving.

Your Responsibilities
- Defining strategies for our clients, using the Fifty platform.
- Mastering the usage of the Fifty platform to highlight its value and output both internally and externally.
- Collaborating with the sales team, answering briefs and aiding in crafting convincing narratives for pitching
- Actively participating in pitching Fifty’s offering alongside the sales team
- Assisting the ad operations team, addressing challenges within our client base
- Meeting client requirements and needs concerning the Fifty platform
- Supporting the Marketing team in creating content using the Fifty platform
- Staying up-to-date with industry news and trends to provide additional context to our work
Your Essential Skills
- A strong understanding of marketing, with relevant experience in some form of insights, strategy, planning or marketing role.
- Analytical skills to understand and interpret data, but not necessarily hard data science skills.
- Excellent written communication skills in creating reports and presentations
- Excellent verbal communication skills to present to clients.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong analytical abilities for understanding and interpreting data
- Superior written communication skills for creating comprehensive reports and presentations
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Comfortable engaging directly with clients
Your Extras
- Prior experience in the digital media industry
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in the digital media space
- Prior experience with Audience Insights & Research
- Prior experience writing content & copy
- Strong understanding of social media

Your Salary
£30,000 - £35,000 + company-wide bonus
Our Logistics
Our process consists of:
- 30 minute meeting with our Senior People Executive to bring your CV to life and give you an insight into working at Fifty
- 1 hour video meeting with the hiring team who will ask and answer role specific questions
- Task based interview focusing on your experiences
- Face-to-face values based interview with one of our directors and our Senior People Executive
We are able to let you know if you are invited to an interview or not. However, we do receive a lot of applications and as a small team we are sometimes unable to give individual feedback on each application.
