TURATI
Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.
THE ROLE
NGG is currently looking for a Customer Service Assistant Intern who will support the team to manage, collect and analyze all data and documents for the export procedure. You will learn to engage and manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth orders management. You will report to the Customer Service Manager and you will be based in our HQ in Milan.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support export operations and ensure accurate data and documentation updates.
  • Review documents for customs and compliance, addressing shipment holds.
  • Prepare essential shipment documents, ensuring compliance with commercial agreements.
  • Proactively identify operational issues, propose solutions, and enhance customer service procedures.
  • Contribute to special projects and assignments as needed.
  • Inclusion of missing data for VMS operation in customer master data.
  • Utilize spreadsheets and dashboards for collecting customer information.
  • Check and update orders in the sales campaign for efficient processing in Apache.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Italian.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and flexible with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
