Recruitment Advisor - Experienced Hire - Tech Consulting
6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Level 2: Senior Associate
Location: Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow or Belfast
Hybrid working: Currently a minimum of 1 day per week in the office
We have an exciting 6‑month FTC opportunity for a Recruiter to join our Cyber Security team within Tech Consulting. This is a brilliant chance for someone who has recent hands‑on recruiting experience and is looking for a new challenge, or exposure to one of the fastest‑growing areas of the firm.
Cyber Security is a high‑impact, future‑focused specialism and you would play a key role in supporting growth in a typically male‑dominated area. This means your work will directly influence our DEI focus in female hiring.
As part of this role, you will:
• Work within the Tech Centre of Expertise, building deep capability and insight in a high‑profile environment• Partner closely with the GTA Sourcing team and benefit from structured support on hard‑to‑find skillsets
• Develop an understanding of Cyber Security and the wider Technology and Consulting landscape
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders who rely on high‑quality, strategic hiring
• Broaden your professional network and expand your experience across a new service line

Responsibilities
Workforce Planning and Data
- Work with resourcing partners to understand workforce plans and drive sourcing approaches and strategies.
- Organise workload to ensure the best candidate experience.
- Use data and metrics to optimise sourcing strategy.
Insights and Engagement
- Actively follow trends on social media and consider new sources for potential candidates.
- Consider where to source talent whether that’s networks, companies, events, or social platforms.
- Build and maintain effective talent pools using a variety of recruiting tools
- Follow and apply available data to increase DE&I awareness and engagement.
- Work alongside the insights and engagements team to stay up to date on market insights.
Talent Attraction
- Create content that is aligned to brand to advertise and source roles in relevant markets.
- Think creatively about attracting talent and removing obstacles
- Engage with talent pools on a regular basis to keep candidates engaged
Inclusive Assessment and Selection
- Conduct fair and objective assessments to ensure that candidates have both the skills and aligned values for the organisation.
- Use market knowledge to inform and advise the business and to recommend alternatives.
- Ensure interviewer matrix is up to date, and all interviewers are compliant
Projects
- Understand the projects that the TA team are aiming to deliver.
- Look for opportunities to contribute to TA projects.
Key Stakeholders and Partnerships
- Reporting Line: L2.5 Senior Recruiter and L3 Recruitment Manager
- Partner and engage with senior recruiters, senior stakeholders and hiring managers
- Team with the operations and resourcing teams
- Collaborate with Talent Intelligence, Engagement, TSS and Employer Brand
Skills
- Able to foster and drive long term strategic relationships with stakeholders
- Able to gather and communicate data and market intelligence
- Able to proactively get involved in DE&I initiatives and engage in strategic DE&I conversations with stakeholders
- Understanding of measures and targets that are set for recruitment – aware of these targets whilst delivering work
- Consistently delivers high service levels to stakeholders
- Excellent presentation skills Motivated to pursue personal development and learning opportunities.
Experience
- Experienced in stakeholder management, with the ability to challenge and influence decisions at a high level
- Proven track record in an in-house or agency environment
- Solid experience of providing end to end recruitment services, and sourcing using a variety of approaches
- Ideally you will have some experience of contributing to Projects
