Join us at EvaluAgent, a dynamic UK-based tech scale-up that is revolutionising the contact centre industry with our cutting-edge AI-fuelled SaaS platform. We're seeking a seasoned (home based) Senior Account Executive to spearhead our sales efforts in the UK market.

With a stellar roster of clients including renowned brands like Samsung, Ubisoft, First Central, and Vitality Health, we're on the cusp of exponential growth following a successful $20 million Series A funding round in 2023. Our refreshed platform, launched in January 2024, is set to redefine workforce engagement by prioritizing Employee Experience (EX) alongside Customer Experience (CX).

About this role:
As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to
empower a people-first era for contact centres, where technology solutions drive
tangible improvements in both employee satisfaction and customer
engagement. This is your chance to make a significant impact in a pioneering

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a designated pod structure,
comprising yourself as the Senior Account Executive, a Sales Solution Engineer,
and a CX Solutions Consultant. Together, you'll drive new business opportunities,
leveraging your expertise to prospect, qualify, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve personal goals and pod goals related to KPIs such as sales quota, demos, discovery calls and new pipeline deals.
  • Self-source deals through outbound prospecting efforts to build and maintain pod pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery calls alongside the Sales Solution Engineer to qualify
    new prospects.
  • Demo the product for prospects in the pipeline, collaborating with the
    Sales Solution Engineer.
  • Execute outbound sales campaigns focused on target accounts (email, direct mail, calls, social touches, video) with the support of the Sales Solution Engineer.
  • Manage the sales cycle and create a sense of urgency to ensure deals close in a timely manner.
  • Lead your pod to success through coaching, knowledge sharing and acting as a role model for best practice.
  • Gain proficiency with the product, understanding the pain points the platform solves, key value propositions, and objection handling to support opportunity development.
  • Proactively seek out professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and introduce best practices to improve pod performance.
  • Diligently log, track, and report on KPIs, tasks, and relevant prospect information in Hubspot.


About you:


You are a top-tier sales professional, experienced in selling to the enterprise, and love being an integral part of the adoption of cutting edge technologies. You are the commensurate consultative sales person; you enjoy educating customers about the ways that your company’s technology will improve their performance, top- and bottom-lines. In addition to being coin-operated, you love seeing that customers are getting a benefit from what you sell, and have many referenceable customers to demonstrate this.

Technical Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years' selling a B2B SaaS platform.
  • At least 3 years' experience of selling into Customer Experience (CX) and/or Employee Experience (EX) within a contact centre environment (mandatory).
  • Experience of leading a Revenue team, including hiring, training, mentoring and performance management.
  • Strong personal use of social networking tools.
  • An understanding of the challenges faced within contact centre environments, in particular as they relate to employees / agents.
  • Experience of cold outreach and building pipeline through this.
  • 75% track record of meeting and exceeding goals and KPIs, including holding personal quotas.
