Regular daily morning meeting time means we generally have to start at a certain time. The company allows us the freedom to go to appointments etc with no issues or questions asked.

Evaluagent provides us with the freedom to work when and where we want. We have set OKRs and as long as we make strides to achieve them, we are free to work how we like. It's a fantastic place to work, with two company meetups per year.

About us

We’re on a mission to power a people-first era for contact centres - one where employee experience (EX) is prioritised alongside Customer Experience (CX). Following a recent $20m Series A funding round, we're poised for exponential growth, having recently launched our refreshed AI-fuelled SaaS platform in 2024.

We're a UK-based tech scale-up with a global footprint, serving esteemed brands like Samsung, Ubisoft, First Central, and Vitality Health. We have plans in place to take our existing Quality Assurance & Improvement platform to the next level and become a market-leading AI-augmented Workforce Engagement Platform for fast growth sales & service teams around the globe.

Flexible working at EvaluAgent

We’re passionate about preventing our employees' workload or hours from having a negative impact on their wellbeing and we value employees achieving a work/life balance. We firmly believe that keeping our hours at work limited forces us to prioritise the work that really matters. A healthy amount of sleep and a rewarding life outside of work should not be squandered for a few more hours at work.

When it comes to our working day, we embrace the fact that we work fully remotely from home and that we can have flexibility.

To help achieve this we have these guiding principles:

  1. Most people tend to work their hours somewhere between 7:30 am and 6:30pm but we appreciate that sometimes you may want to vary your start / finish times, have a shorter / longer lunch, nip out to an appointment, pick the kids up, work at a time when you’re at your best to get a piece of work delivered.  That’s okay.
  2. There's no expectation to respond to communications once you've finished working, as such, we don't support email, Slack or other work platforms to be downloaded to your personal mobile.
  3. There may be exceptions if there's something critical being worked on, but this will be the exception rather than the rule.
  4. You / we don’t take advantage and we're respectful of your work / life balance.

For this to succeed, it means:

  • We work our hours and remain focused
  • Talking to your manager about how you like to work so you both understand how this can be supported
  • Your team knows where you are and you keep your manager up to date with changes to usual working times or if you are popping out, for example to get some fresh air or go to the gym.  Using the slack ‘status’ is a good way of doing this.
  • You’re contactable when you are here (whilst respecting any do not disturb status you may have)
  • We take a level of personal accountability for setting boundaries and sticking to them (we know how easy it is to look at slack on holiday!)
  • Above all, our customers are not affected by our work patterns.

Cultural & Religious Events

As a business, we recognise Christmas day, Boxing day and Easter Friday / Monday and you’ll not be required to work on these days. They’ll be taken as part of your bank holiday entitlement.

However, we appreciate that you may wish to recognise other religious or cultural events as an alternative to these days. In which case talk to your manager and we’ll look to adapt your bank holiday / public holiday entitlement (or approve holiday).

Should you require support at work to enable participation in religious or cultural events (i.e. fasting, private prayer, meditation, etc.) we encourage you to talk through with your requirements with your manager.
