  • Work closely with account management, strategic planning and new business sales teams.
  • Drive and build collaboration between the retailer and their suppliers/CPGs.
  • Passionately advocate and model the delivery of first-class customer service to your client base, holding yourself to the highest standards.
  • Drive deeper partnership engagement through scaled coverage across key stakeholders (Shopper, Brand, Digital, Media, Commerce & Loyalty teams).
  • Maintain a deep understanding and expertise of Tesco Media products and roadmap.
  • Be confident challenging client strategy to maximise the role Tesco Media plays in delivering meaningful business outcomes.
  • Be a key evangelist of Retail Media thought leadership across your client portfolio and industry events.

  • Proven track record developing a strong sales pipeline, forecasting accurately and exceeding commercial targets within a rapidly growing business.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated and highly goal-oriented in order exceed targets.
