About the Role
We’re looking for a Strategic Projects & Analytics Lead to deliver high-priority strategic and analytical work that helps Tesco Media make better decisions, accelerate growth and evolve its operating model. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners, you’ll turn complex business questions into clear insights, practical recommendations and executable plans. You’ll manage initiatives from early discovery through to implementation, helping the business prioritise opportunities according to strategic fit, value, feasibility and risk.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll combine structured problem-solving, commercial analysis and programme leadership to move important opportunities from ideas to measurable outcomes.
You’ll also facilitate cross-functional working sessions, help stakeholders resolve ambiguity and maintain oversight of delivery risks and dependencies. As an in-house strategic adviser, you’ll create concise, leadership-ready materials and contribute to strategic planning, competitive intelligence and the translation of long-term priorities into measurable plans.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a commercially minded strategic thinker who can create structure from ambiguity, work confidently with imperfect information and maintain momentum across multiple priorities.
Experience in retail media, advertising, retail, technology or consulting would be valuable. Familiarity with operating-model design, change management, data governance, responsible AI, automation or digital transformation would also be useful.
