The Experience Team defines how our customers, riders, restaurants, and employees interact with Deliveroo's products and services end-to-end.

What we’re looking for

• We're hiring a Senior Design Manager to join our Headquarters in London, for parental leave cover from now until June 2026.

• This role will be leading the Restaurant Product Design team You’ll lead a fantastic team of Product Design, Content design & Localisation experience professionals who support our Partner & delivery experience and products - making deliveries possible and collaborating with other groups to ensure a truly end-end experience.

Your role

• Support your team’s development with a focus on personal and professional growth as well as technical and interpersonal skills

• Scale the Experience team by interviewing world-class design talent

• Role model Deliveroo’s culture so your team members see our values in action

• Enable world-class design execution by coaching quality standards such as accessibility, localisation, and other design best practices

• Help your team execute efficiently in a fast-moving, global environment with clear communication, sufficient context, and a roadblock-free path

• Encourage collaboration through cross-team and cross-discipline initiatives to make the Experience Team and the products it delivers better

• Prepare the next generation of managers and help our individual contributors progress in their careers

• Share and celebrate your team’s talent and work with regular recognition of and communication about significant achievements
