Job Description
Role Outline
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and strategic vision to drive innovation and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions to the Cool Farm community. Working closely with the CEO, Head of Science and Methods and Head of Community Development, this role will ensure the future success of the Cool Farm Alliance and Cool Farm Platform.
The Head of Product & Technology will be responsible for a technical team across product & technology, to oversee the creation and execution of our digital products, to deliver maximum user value alongside digital security and data ethics. This leader will have freedom to set up the Product & Technology teams, in line with the Product Operating Model, in the ways they see fit to innovate and add value most effectively. This role demands a strategic leader who can manage key internal and external stakeholders, drive innovation, and ensure operational excellence across the organisation in a not-for-profit purpose driven environment.
