Proposition Delivery Manager (Remote/Hybrid Working)

To get where we’re going, we need a brilliant Propositions Delivery Manager. with the vision, passion and energy to drive our commercial performance to the next level.

The Propositions Delivery Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring our Protection portfolio campaigns meet customer needs and drive the best Commercial outcomes to support growth in our customer base.

The Role:

  • Use insights and customer research to design, develop and launch engaging and innovative Commercial propositions and promotions into market to drive sales grow the customer base
  • Deliver a logical and cohesive set of customer propositions, supporting the development of a campaign calendar across all channels
  • Responsible for in-life campaign performance tracking, highlighting course correction activity where necessary, and end-to-end management of initiatives from launch through to post campaign performance and analysis
  • Work alongside Product Managers to identify pockets of trapped value and new opportunities for growth, ultimately bringing these to life to support delivery of the business plan
  • Partner across the wider Services and Solutions matrix organisation to optimise investments and coordinate activity to improve both customer and commercial outcomes

The Person Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and leadership, building both internal and external relationships
  • Strong planning, organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to project manage activity in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
  • The ability to analyse data sets and extract key information to form recommendations and implement business solutions (responding to market and customer needs)
  • Experience with inputting into commercial business plans
  • Good understanding of the external marketplace and consumer trends
  • Working knowledge of insurance products and associated regulatory rules and principles
  • Experience of implementation, delivery and tracking performance of customer propositions
