What you will be doing (Role Accountabilities)

Strategic P&C Initiatives: Contribute to the implementation of strategic P&C initiatives, working with the Business stakeholders, People & Culture Partner, CoEs to ensure effective execution and delivery of the Consumer people agenda.
Performance & Reward: Provide data-led insights on performance and reward outcomes, identify trends and areas of opportunity, and support the effective delivery of performance and annual pay processes in partnership with business leaders and P&C Partner.
Employee Experience & Culture: Planning and executing colleague engagement initiatives, listening sessions, and employee connect forums. Use colleague feedback, engagement insights and people data to identify themes and opportunities, supporting the development of targeted interventions that strengthen employee experience, culture and engagement.
Change & Transformation: Support the people agenda for organisational changes and business transformation initiatives.

People Analytics & Decision Support: Develop meaningful dashboards, presentations and data-driven analyses across key people priorities, translating data into clear insights and recommendations for business leaders, COEs, ER and P&C stakeholders.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong HR Business Partnering and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to align people priorities to business objectives.
  • Coaching and consulting skills to support managers in making effective people decisions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in interpreting people data and HR metrics.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Sound knowledge of core HR practices, policies, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong planning, execution, and project management skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in driving organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to challenge constructively and influence without direct authority.
  • High levels of resilience, adaptability, and sound judgement in managing complex people situations.
  • Experience creating executive presentations, people insights, and data-driven recommendations.

Experience:

  • Master's/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in HR Business Partnering, supporting business functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated HR Business Partner experience within a Contact Centre, BPO, Shared Services, or third-party operations environment, with proven ability to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Experience supporting the delivery of large-scale, country-level people initiatives with global dependencies, driving measurable business and people outcomes.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with mid to senior business leaders, influencing decisions and building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience preparing executive-level presentations, people insights, dashboards, and briefing papers to support leadership decision-making.
  • Experience leveraging people analytics and HR data to identify trends, develop actionable insights, and support key people processes such as performance management, engagement, and reward cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo constructively, influence change, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience working in agile environments with a passion for innovation, simplification, and delivering pragmatic people solutions.

Eligibility Criteria- Please note that as per the IJP guidelines for India, if you have an active PIP/Disciplinary sanctions then you cannot apply for a role internally for the duration of that sanction. In circumstances when you are in a disciplinary process but the outcome hasn’t been reached or there is an active appeal then you can apply, however, the Offer could be withdrawn if, subsequently, you’re issued with a sanction or your appeal is unsuccessful.
