Where you belong
People & Culture Local Services provides country-specific HR support while ensuring globally consistent and standardized HR service delivery. By combining local labor law expertise with strong process knowledge, the team delivers efficient, compliant, and employee-focused HR services.
As a P&C Services Consultant, you will support the full employee lifecycle by resolving HR inquiries, administering HR processes, coordinating payroll activities with external providers, and partnering closely with other HR teams. The role reports to the P&C Local Services Manager CEE and supports employees and managers across Bulgaria.
What you'll build
- Manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
- Support payroll activities by collecting, preparing, and validating payroll data for the external payroll provider.
- Administer employment contract changes, time management, absences, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment certificates, verification letters, and other employee documentation.
- Provide second-level support to employees and managers for HR-related inquiries while meeting Service Level Agreements.
- Maintain HR Portal content and administer employment changes with the National Revenue Agency.
- Support HR activities during organizational restructurings.
- Participate in local and global HR projects, annual HR audits, and continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and stakeholders in an international environment to ensure high-quality HR service delivery.
What you bring
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Operations or Personnel Administration.
- Previous experience supporting payroll processes and coordinating with payroll providers.
- Strong knowledge of Bulgarian labor law and HR processes.
- Fluent Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work independently with confidential information.
- Experience working in multinational and cross-cultural environments.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Nice to have:
- SAP HR system knowledge.
- Project management experience.
- Experience working in virtual teams.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
