Job Description

Marketing Manager - Partner Marketing

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Brand & Experience team builds the emotional connection between Deliveroo and our customers, riders, and partners. With a deep understanding of our audience and a passion for creativity, we bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. Whether it’s a push notification, social campaign, or packaging design—we craft compelling experiences that shape perceptions, spark engagement, and make Deliveroo a loved, global brand.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our London team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in our Partner Marketing Team, developing and executing growth initiatives with exciting restaurant partners like Dishoom, Bleecker Burger, and Pizza Pilgrims, while also building the toolkits that empower our wider restaurant network to thrive.

Get to know our Commercial team — what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the UK & Ireland team, our primary and most established market. You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and serve as the primary marketing contact for our most iconic partners, ensuring we deliver mutual value through data-led strategies.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Lead Partner Growth: Manage the marketing relationship for designated top-tier restaurant brands, developing annual joint business plans that drive measurable growth on Deliveroo.

  • Scale the Strategy: Create marketing strategies and toolkits for smaller-scale or regional restaurant brands, ensuring these are effectively cascaded across the wider Marketing team.

  • Commercial Partnership: Partner with Commercial teams to drive new customer acquisition, frequency, and retention through brand awareness and high-impact launch plans.

  • Data-Led Recommendations: Deliver "Quarterly Growth Opportunities" for partners, providing clear, ROI-backed recommendations to help brands participate in Deliveroo initiatives.

  • Innovation & Loyalty: Own key initiatives such as building the Deliveroo Plus loyalty proposition and enhancing how brands can drive increased visibility within the app.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams across Product, CRM, Social, and PR to ensure effective communication and alignment of global plans.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Essential

  • Partner Marketing Expertise: Significant experience in Partner or Trade Marketing, with a proven ability to deliver 360 campaigns across CRM, Digital, and Social channels.

  • Commercial Acumen: Proficient in using consumer insights and commercial data to build structured narratives and understand ROI on promotional plans (e.g., % off, BOGOF).

  • Strategic Thinking: Skilled in translating complex data and broad business strategies into simple, actionable marketing ideas.

  • Relationship Management: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of building trust with high-profile external stakeholders and internal leadership.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Experience in managing budgets and forecasting resources to ensure maximum impact and efficient allocation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working within the food and beverage or marketplace technology industry.

  • Proven experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with a focus on "80/20" prioritisation.
