  • Support the rollout of BT's Economic Profit framework, helping business units better understand end-to-end profitability and value creation.
  • Build strong relationships across the Group to embed new financial methodologies, tools and ways of thinking.
  • Lead key elements of the annual Group Enterprise Valuation process, providing robust analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for valuation methodologies and cost of capital, supporting investment appraisal activities across the organisation.
  • Present complex financial information in a clear and compelling way, tailoring your message for a range of senior audiences, including CFO-level stakeholders.

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Significant experience partnering with senior stakeholders within a complex, matrixed organisation.
  • Commercial analysis and/or business casing experience within a complex matrix organisation.

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • Experience of investment appraisal, valuation techniques or strategic financial analysis.
  • Experience supporting strategic projects, transformation programmes or performance improvement initiatives.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills, with experience communicating to senior leadership audiences.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and data into compelling business narratives that drive decision-making
