
Digital Experience Proposition Manager

About the role
You’ll lead the development and evolution of our digital experience proposition—owning the roadmap, influencing investment decisions, and driving measurable outcomes such as adoption, customer satisfaction and cost efficiency. You’ll collaborate across digital, customer experience, product, sales and service teams to bring propositions to life and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for customers and partners.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of digital experience across BT Wholesale—working at scale, influencing strategy, and delivering meaningful change across a complex, high-impact environment. You’ll join a customer-first organisation with a strong challenger mindset, where you’ll have the opportunity to innovate, collaborate across teams, and help redefine how customers engage with BT through digital and API-led experiences.
