About the Program

BT Business is excited to introduce its second Career Returners program – Restart – in partnership with Women Returners. We support experienced professionals of all genders returning to work after a career break of 18 months or more. We currently have the following vacancies: Contract Manager

This is a great job for someone who has experience of delivering contracts, managing risk, and effectively delivering contractual obligations and excellent stakeholder management. CR2024

What you'll be doing

• Delivery of contracts including building strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders and being the main interface and lead for the customer of the managed contract.
• Delivers change control on the contract and develops opportunities such as monitoring and managing contractual obligations including T&Cs and identifying and managing commercial risk.
• Operational accountabilities such as leading the contract specialist team, maintaining records such as financial performance, service delivery, billing, efficiency of change controls.
• Undertaking cost validation, revenue assurance, billing and debt management.

The skills you'll need

• Contract management experience including an understanding of contract management practices
• Ability to identify and solve business problems
• Knowledge of governance and compliance methods
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Building strategic relationships both internally and externally
