About the role

This role sits within our Talent Attraction team, supporting volume and B2B recruitment across BT and EE. These are high-demand areas of the business, and you will play a key role in delivering always-on recruitment marketing campaigns that attract and engage high-quality candidates.

You will help ensure we continue to attract the talent we need to support our customers and deliver our business ambitions. By creating effective attraction strategies and campaigns, you will directly contribute to meeting our workforce priorities and enabling BT Group to build the capabilities needed for the future.

What you’ll be doing

•Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies that support hiring goals across BT Group.
•Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver tailored attraction solutions aligned to workforce plans and DE&I ambitions.
•Collaborate with social media, creative teams and recruitment advertising partners to deliver integrated organic and paid attraction campaigns.
•Support top-of-funnel attraction activity to improve brand awareness and increase diverse talent engagement.
•Develop and deliver always-on internal mobility campaigns to raise awareness of career opportunities and support colleague growth.
•Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and regular reporting to internal stakeholders.
•Support the delivery and optimisation of careers site content, campaign pages and Talent Attraction technology platforms such as Real Links.
•Develop and deliver ambassador and advocacy strategies to strengthen BT Group’s internal and external employer brand.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with creative agencies, media partners and external suppliers.
•Provide recruitment marketing expertise to support Talent Acquisition challenges and improve attraction outcomes.
•Build strong relationships with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition teams, increasing understanding of the Talent Attraction model and approach.
•Represent BT Group at internal and external events, exhibitions and industry forums to enhance employer brand awareness and engage target audiences.
•Inspire creativity and innovation within the creative hub, encouraging new ideas and solutions to improve attraction activity.
•Create and deliver partner content strategies that maximise the impact of DE&I partnerships.

Essential Skills / Experience

•Understanding of how to deliver integrated employer branding and recruitment marketing plans to support attraction strategies.
•Experience working with Talent Acquisition technology, recruitment media plans, agencies, EVP development and employer branding activity.
•Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure, interpret and report on performance metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

Desirable Skills / Experience

•Strong experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding, with the ability to develop attraction strategies that engage diverse talent.
•Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of projects and delivering workstreams that support wider Talent Attraction goals.
•Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience managing projects from concept through to execution.
•Understanding of recruitment marketing platforms and channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Google for Jobs and wider recruitment media.
•A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, improve existing approaches and introduce new ideas to enhance attraction activity.
•Technical capability and confidence supporting careers site development and Talent Attraction technologies, such as Real Links and other recruitment platforms.
