About The Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) to lead the digital marketing workstream for BMT’s website rebuild. This is a hands-on and strategic role, where you will ensure the new site is structured, easy to find, fast, measurable, and clear for our customers, partners, and colleagues.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day progress of the website project, shaping technical decisions, coordinating stakeholders, and building or uploading content as needed. Your focus will be on keeping the project on track, translating requirements into clear actions, and ensuring the new site launches with strong performance, clean structure, accurate tracking, and consistent content.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Overseeing digital delivery and project management for the website rebuild
- Coordinating internal teams, UX designers, and developers
- Maintaining timelines, dependencies, and approvals
- Bringing order and clarity to the build process
- Ensuring best practice in SEO, performance, accessibility, structured content, and analytics
- Reviewing UX and wireframes to ensure clarity and logical user journeys
- Managing the CMS setup (Umbraco), including structure, permissions, and workflows
- Working with stakeholders to source, refine, and structure content
- Building and uploading content directly into Umbraco
- Configuring and integrating HubSpot forms, ensuring GDPR compliance
- Defining and overseeing analytics and tracking implementation (GA4, SEMrush)
- Running structured QA, testing, and launch preparation
About You
You have a track record of delivering website rebuilds and are comfortable working both strategically and hands-on. You understand the importance of content structure, not just copy, and can build pages yourself as well as manage others.
You are confident with Umbraco (or a similar CMS) and have experience configuring HubSpot forms with clean logic and data. Your knowledge of SEO, analytics, and project management ensures you can keep the project moving smoothly and spot issues early.
You work well with UX, developers, and agencies, and can explain technical concepts simply. Your attention to detail in content structure, layout, and presentation is strong, and you are comfortable with QA and UAT processes.
Experience in complex B2B or technical sectors, and familiarity with CRO testing tools, is an advantage.
