What you'll bring to the team
Performance Marketing Manager - UK South
Location: London, Arbor
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent, salaried
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to support the delivery of paid media activity across the UK South portfolio of attractions. Working closely with the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, this role will focus on executing, optimising, and analysing paid media campaigns across channels including PPC, Meta, display, and programmatic advertising.
You will be responsible for implementing paid media strategies, managing budgets and bids, and working with external agency partners to deliver effective campaigns. The role involves monitoring performance, analysing data, and making ongoing optimisations to improve traffic, engagement, conversions, and return on ad spend. You will also lead testing initiatives and produce clear performance reports for internal stakeholders.
Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with SEO/GEO, Social, Content, and wider Marketing teams to ensure paid media activity aligns with broader marketing objectives and brand guidelines. Staying up to date with industry trends, you will contribute ideas to continuously improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–4 years’ experience in paid media campaign management, with a strong focus on driving performance and ROI
- Solid understanding of Google Ads and/or Meta, with experience managing ad platforms and budgets
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience in the travel, entertainment, or leisure industry is advantageous, as is familiarity with managing international campaigns across multiple regions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
