Job title: Procurement Leader

Salary: Circa £45,628.00 + Dependant on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Being accountable for all related Supply Chain activity in line with area of responsibility
- Developing and applying activities that deliver on People (Resourcing & Capabilities), Process, Technology & reporting which support the successful delivery of the SC function
- Communicating effectively with functional and external stakeholder management and deputise for the SC Senior Manager as required
- Contract management – major subcontract & transactional
- You will be responsible for managing a team of procurement professionals
- Expectation for supplier visits on a regular occasions
Your skills and experiences:
- Supply Chain, Procurement or Project Management experience
- Excellent Stakeholder Management
- ERP & PLM System knowledge
- Microsoft Package User
- Experience of working within aerospace, defence and/or MOD packages
- Previously held line management responsibility

The Electrical IDT Procurement team:
As a Procurement leader at BAE Systems, you will be Working centrally to support deployed Supply Chain Professionals, enabling & empowering the team through the delivery of People, Process, Toolsets & Reporting on the SSNA programme. This is a Fast paced, commercial procurement environment with a varied range of development opportunities, working as part of a diverse team to deliver part of the UK’s National Defence Programme. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
