Job Title: Integration Manager
Location: Warton. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £61,110+ depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving an effective and efficient weekly, monthly and quarterly transformation managerial analysis cycle
- Ensuring consistency is applied across all reporting activities and reviews, working with the function and delivery streams to implement standards
- Implementing a range of project management related improvement initiatives across the Procurement Service Delivery Unit (SDU)
- Facilitating effective stakeholder management across a complex programme scope of work
- Leading & co-ordinating a group of senior stakeholders across the function and programmes to articulate transformation status updates
- Creating a reporting structure that enables clear performance information for all transformational programmes
- Creating, developing and maintaining a clear set of measurement KPI’s to support transformation programme progress insight
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Proven experience of developing a work breakdown structure
- Ability to generate KPI’s that clear articulate performance progress
- Ability to inspire and engage the team and wider organisation
- Experience of developing progress reporting on complex transformation programmes using Microsoft Office
Desirable:
- Proven track record of communications and engagement across complex transformations

The Integration team:
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive our transformation programme through effective progress management and reporting, supporting the Procurement leadership and transformation teams to ensure we are delivering. Working with a variety of stakeholders, you will be actively involved in generating the information that will be used at all levels within the business to ensure our performance is optimal. Supporting the Transformation Lead, you will engage across the procurement service delivery unit to work with identified transformation project leads, driving KPI adherence, and supporting the Procurement Function to be make critical decisions.
