Job Description

Company Description

We’re ASOS, the online retailer for fashion lovers all around the world.

We exist to give our customers the confidence to be whoever they want to be, and that goes for our people too. At ASOS, you’re free to be your true self without judgement, and channel your creativity into a platform used by millions.

But how are we showing up? We’re proud members of Inclusive Companies, are Disability Confident Committed and have signed the Business in the Community Race at Work Charter and we placed 8th in the Inclusive Top 50 Companies Employer list.

Everyone needs some help showing up as their best self. Let our Talent team know if you need any adjustments throughout the process in whatever way works best for you.

Job Description

Our approach to working together means that ASOSers are required to be in the office at least three days per week. This enables stronger collaboration, faster decision-making, and a strong team culture, while still offering the flexibility to work remotely when appropriate.

Digital Product at ASOS

At ASOS, we’re proud to be a global fashion destination serving over 23 million active customers across more than 200 markets with 2.5 billion visits annually. Our Tech team is at the heart of everything we do, powering the digital experiences that make ASOS a leader in online fashion retail. We operate as a product-led organisation, where cross-functional teams are empowered to solve real customer problems through innovation, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. With a strong focus on scalability, personalisation, and cutting-edge technology, we’re building the future of fashion commerce

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be the focal point of a dedicated and cross-functional squad setting big, ambitious goals, and you’ll have the freedom to decide how to meet these. You’ll have a growth mindset and a can-do attitude and relish the autonomous culture. As a natural storyteller, you’ll build solid narratives and will take your stakeholders on the journey throughout.

The Details

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Test and React team. This is an exciting role, working on a strategic initiative to bring production closer to the UK, and the Test and React team is at the heart of it. This role is all about improving how we plan and buy, making sure our systems and processes are set up to support a more responsive, end-to-end supply chain.

  • Define your product's mission and vision, including building a deep understanding of opportunities and how we’ll measure success. Define business problems, desired customer experience, vision and product strategy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams - including Data Science, Engineering, and Merchandising - to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones, and drive delivery.
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs to ensure the right features are built with the right quality at the right time.
  • Identify the gaps and pain points in the existing processes and drive improvements;
  • Deep dive on issues and come up with solutions, creating solutions from scratch for short and long term
  • Promote/drive decision making throughout the team.
  • End-to-end product development plans thinking about the product life cycle holistically, from ideation to optimisation.
  • Raise the bar! Set the standard for how things are done and bring in new ideas to drive continuous improvement within the team.
