Job Description

We’re looking for a commercially focused, customer-first Senior eCommerce Manager to manage our US store. You’ll take charge of the US site and app—driving sales, shaping strategy, and delivering an exceptional and relevant customer experience. You’ll become the go-to expert for on-site customer behaviour in the US, combining this insight with a strong commercial understanding of our business and its key drivers to shape high-impact content, merchandising, and trading strategies. You will also manage the US calendar and lead the planning and execution of site updates, campaigns and events —working closely with teams across marketing, planning, pricing, and more to deliver a seamless and optimised customer experience.

This is a high impact role where you will help shape the direction of our US business and will be a key contributor to its continued growth and success.

The Details

  • Oversee all aspects of the site experience including areas such as homepage, navigation, merchandising, and search, ensuring alignment between our onsite strategy and commercial objectives
  • Forecast sales and track key KPI’s (traffic, CVR, ABV, Sales, Margin), proactively identifying risks to the business plan and identifying opportunities to improve performance
  • Plan and manage the promotional calendar, partnering with cross functional teams (marketing, pricing, planning) to ensure consistency across touchpoints
  • Monitor site and reports daily to identify and action on any needle-moving site changes in response to performance, and continually audit the site to identify opportunities for enhancement, optimization, and testing.
  • Manage the A/B testing roadmap for the US market, working closely with central digital trading and content teams
  • Define strategy and best practices for merchandising across different parts of the experience (eg browse vs search), and optimising against different business objectives (eg engagement vs conversion)
  • Identify gaps in our assortment and opportunities to further improve relevancy of our product with our target customer in market
  • Analyse customer behaviour data to inform identify user pain points and areas of friction that are impacting conversion rate
  • Manage a team of 2-3
