What You'll Be Doing
As our Lead Bioresources Technician, you'll be the driving force behind the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our treatment processes.
Reporting to the Bioresources Manager, you'll:
Lead and coordinate day-to-day site activities across bioresource operations
Support and develop a team of Bioresources Technicians
Drive continuous improvement projects that enhance performance, efficiency, and sustainability
Coordinate contractors and resources to ensure smooth site operations
Champion health, safety, and environmental excellence
Identify operational improvements and implement innovative solutions
Help ensure our renewable energy and resource recovery processes continue to perform at their best
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.
