Every day, our Bioresources teams help convert sewage sludge into green energy, powering homes and communities while producing high-quality biosolids that support sustainable agriculture. As population growth and environmental challenges continue to increase, there has never been a more exciting time to join us.

If you thrive in a fast-paced operational environment, enjoy solving problems, and want to lead a team that makes a genuine impact, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Identify operational improvements and implement innovative solutions
  • Help ensure our renewable energy and resource recovery processes continue to perform at their best

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who's passionate about operational excellence and making a difference.

You'll have:

  • Experience in a fast-paced operational environment within a mechanical, electrical, process, or industrial setting
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety practices and legislation
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders
  • A collaborative leadership style with a passion for supporting and motivating others
  • A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Flexibility to participate in management standby arrangements
  • A full UK driving licence

Why Join Anglian Water?

We're committed to helping our people thrive, both at work and at home.

Your Benefits Include:

  • Salary of up to £50,303 as your skills progress
  • Private healthcare
  • Performance bonus scheme
