Are you a skilled and driven project manager ready to shape the future of digital customer and partner experiences? Satair is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that evolve our cutting-edge e-commerce and omnichannel setup. In this role, you will deliver impactful projects that enhance our digital platforms, ensuring a seamless, innovative, and unified experience for our global customers and partners.

This is not a traditional project role; you will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and strategy, driving complex initiatives that directly impact our global commercial success. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic digital projects focused on e-commerce enhancements, omnichannel customer journeys, and seamless system integrations.
  • Planning & Execution: Create and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring strict alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align and drive cross-functional teams-including product owners, developers, architects, and business stakeholders-maintaining high accountability across countries.
  • Vendor Management: Manage external vendors, implementation partners, and distributed software development teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Risk & Governance: Proactively monitor risks, resolve technical or commercial challenges, and clearly communicate project progress and escalations to senior leadership.
  • Operational Transition: Support our broader digital strategy by ensuring smooth transitions from project delivery into continuous product operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Strong background in managing complex digital, e-commerce, or omnichannel projects within enterprise environments (minimum 5 years preferred).
  • Methodology Expert: Strong project management skills with proven ability to navigate both Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and traditional (Waterfall) delivery models.
  • Commercial & Digital Insight: Solid understanding of modern e-commerce platforms, customer-facing digital portals, and how omni-channel capabilities drive business value.
  • Technical Literacy: Familiarity with digital ecosystem tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and basic knowledge of enterprise integration landscapes (APIs, ERP integrations, etc.). Experience with SAP setups is a plus.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to manage senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Educational Background: Degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field. Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a distinct advantage.
  • Language: Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken, as it is our official company language.
