We are looking for an Application Manager to take the lead on this platform-ensuring stability, performance, and continuous evolution. While our platform is built on SAP Commerce Cloud, we welcome candidates with strong experience from similar enterprise e-commerce platforms who are ready to transition their skills into our setup.

Key Responsibilities
- Platform Ownership: Take full ownership of the SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform from an application management perspective.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the stability, performance, and availability of the platform, driving continuous improvements in scalability and maintainability.
- Technical Bridge: Act as the vital link between Product Owners, front-end/back-end developers, and architecture to translate product vision into technical reality.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate and manage external development partners and implementation vendors to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Release & Environment Management: Oversee releases, deployments, and environment health, ensuring predictable and smooth delivery cycles.
- System Integration: Ensure seamless alignment with our enterprise architecture and integration landscape, including SAP S/4HANA, APIs, and SAP BTP.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Support incident management and lead root cause analysis to maintain a high-performing ecosystem.
Qualifications
- E-commerce Platform Experience: Strong experience working with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) or similar enterprise e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce/Magento, Oracle, or equivalent). Experience within the broader SAP CX suite is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Platform Background: A proven track record in application management, platform ownership, or technical product support in a global or enterprise environment.
- E-commerce Insight: Solid understanding of digital customer journeys and the technical architecture/requirements of modern B2B or B2C e-commerce platforms.
- Integration Knowledge: Good understanding of integrations (APIs, backend systems, and cloud platforms).
- Stakeholder Navigation: Exceptional ability to communicate and navigate between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Release Management: Experience with DevOps practices, environment management, and structured release processes is a plus.
