As a Business Controller, you will be a vital part in the Finance community and the project organization. As a challenging Business Partner, you will contribute substantially to managing the profit & loss of the Business units. You will gather and provide data to enable educated decision making on management level and give visibility about performance vs. targets. You will highlight and analyze discrepancies and propose actions to optimize financial and operational performance. To do so, you will collaborate and challenge your business partners from all directorates (e.g. Project Organization, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Sales and other Finance departments). Moreover, you will support key change decisions inthe business lines EOS and TNS (business cases, adaptations, major modifications etc.). You will as well manage the financial aspects of the P&L including cash, risk and opportunity management. You will be in charge of all financial processes as OP. FC and closings

Being a Business Controller requires a robust business understanding, a feeling for numbers and solid social skills to be able to manage your stakeholders in adversity towards the best business decisions for the company. The role is challenging in its complexity and has to be undertaken by somebody who is capable to understand the people, business lines evolution and the numbers. You will work with the Finacial team and be embedded in the Finance community with a role of coordinator.
