
Job Description
We’re looking for someone to join our in-house Acquisition team at Admiral and help us improve how we attract new customers through our digital channels.
You don’t need to know everything from day one, what matters most is curiosity, a willingness to learn, and an interest in performance marketing. You’ll be supported by an experienced team and given the opportunity to build your skills over time.
What you’ll get involved in
- Helping to run and improve PPC campaigns
- Supporting with testing ideas and learning what works (and what doesn’t!)
- Looking at data and helping us understand campaign performance
- Working with different teams across the business
- Spotting opportunities to improve how we do things
- Learning how to manage budgets and campaign performance
- Supporting with ad copy and ensuring everything meets compliance standards
- Helping maintain tracking and campaign setup
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience within PPC and paid search (Google Ads/Microsoft Ads)
- A curious mindset and interest in how PPC works
- Enjoy working with data and digging into details to find the 'why' behind the numbers.
- Someone who enjoys problem-solving and learning new things
- Able to manage tasks and work collaboratively with others
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Experience with Display or Paid Social
- Exposure to SA360
