As our Performance Marketing Executive Germany Cluster (m/w/d), you'll be responsible for creating, optimizing and managing our paid campaigns across search, social, and display, in collaboration with our third-party agencies. Your success will be measured by driving traffic, revenue, and ROI to achieve our business goals.Your key objectives include implementing and optimizing data-led campaigns, managing PPC and paid social accounts, and delivering weekly reporting and competitor analysis. You'll also work closely with our marketing and eCommerce teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with our overarching goals and maximize performance impact.We're looking for someone who can think creatively and find growth opportunities through innovation and testing new approaches. Your Challenge
- Deliver and optimise paid media campaigns across the Germany cluster world-famous brands like LEGOLAND, Peppa Pig and Heide Park, including paid search, display, and social, in collaboration with agency partners
- Manage PPC and paid social activities end-to-end, from campaign setup and activation to performance analysis and optimisation
- Drive traffic, revenue, and ROI through continuous performance improvements and data-driven decision-making
- Own the paid media briefing process and ensure effective coordination between internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Execute seasonal, promotional, and always-on campaigns to maximise ROAS and support commercial objectives
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular insights, reports, and actionable recommendations
- Identify growth opportunities through testing, innovation, and best practice sharing across channels
- Collaborate closely with marketing, eCommerce teams, and agency partners to ensure alignment and high-quality execution across the Germany cluster

What You Bring
- Strong hands-on experience with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Google Display Network, Google Analytics, and social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Proven track record in managing and optimising PPC, paid social, and/or display campaigns to meet traffic and revenue targets
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights
- Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets and performance reporting
- Experience working in multi-stakeholder or matrix organisations is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance and continuous improvement
- Ability to organize and work independently based on objectives and frameworks
- Basic German language skills (B1) and fluent in English
