
Job Description
We’re looking for a Paid Search Manager to help drive growth across our Bingo & Arcade brands as part of the tombola Acquisition team.
Sitting within the Marketing function, this role will play a key part in shaping and delivering paid search strategies that support both acquisition and retention across one of our largest paid channels.
Working closely with teams across Marketing, Commercial, Compliance, Martech, and external agency partners, you’ll help ensure paid search activity is aligned to wider business priorities and contributes directly to key objectives and outcomes. Collaboration is central to how we work, and this role will act as an important connector across teams — bringing together insights, strategy, and execution to drive performance.

What you’ll do
Shape and deliver paid search strategies across the UK and Spain for the tombola Bingo & Arcade brands, supporting campaign activity across multi-million-pound budgets.
Champion paid search best practices, testing new approaches and sharing expertise across teams and stakeholders.
Support forecasting, planning, and budget allocation to maximise growth opportunities and channel efficiency.
Identify emerging trends, platform developments, and optimisation opportunities to support continuous innovation.
Translate complex campaign and performance data into clear, actionable insights that help inform decision-making.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Engineering, Commercial, and external partners to deliver integrated growth activity.
Build strong relationships with external platforms and vendors to support innovation and maximise partnership opportunities.
Support the development of team capability through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
How you’ll do it
Experience working within Paid Search or Performance Marketing, ideally within B2C, gaming, entertainment, or similarly fast-paced industries.
Proven experience managing large-scale PPC budgets with a strong focus on performance and ROI.
Strong knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, or equivalent technologies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights and actions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
Curious, proactive, and motivated by continuous improvement and innovation.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Collaborative approach with experience working across cross-functional teams.
Interest in developing leadership skills and contributing to team growth and capability building.
