About the team The Oracle NetSuite Administrator will play a pivotal role in our organisation, managing and optimising the NetSuite ERP system to support our business operations efficiently. The role involves ensuring the reliability and scalability of NetSuite applications, customising and integrating them as per business needs and providing ongoing support and training to users. The administrator will work closely with various departments to understand their processes and challenges, make recommendations for improvements, and implement solutions that enhance productivity and drive business growth.
As part of the IT department, the Oracle NetSuite Administrator will also contribute to the development and execution of the IT strategy, focusing on leveraging NetSuite capabilities. This position requires technical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication abilities to ensure that our NetSuite environment aligns with our business goals and scales with our growth.
What you'll be doing System Management and Optimization-Oversee the administration and ongoing maintenance of the NetSuite system, ensuring its optimal performance and scalability.-Customize and configure NetSuite to meet the business's unique requirements, including formulating and implementing custom fields, records, and workflows.-Manage NetSuite integration with other business systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity across platforms.
User Support and Training-Provide support to NetSuite users, resolving issues and maintaining a high level of user satisfaction.-Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for users, enhancing their understanding and efficient use of the system.
Process Improvement and Reporting-Analyse business processes and recommend improvements that can be achieved through NetSuite customisation and automation.-Develop and maintain reports, saved searches, and dashboards for various departments, providing insights that support decision-making.
Project Management-Lead and manage projects related to NetSuite enhancements, integrations, and upgrades, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.-Collaborate with organisational stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and communicate progress.
What we're looking for Essential-Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role-Strong understanding of NetSuite’s ERP system, including its customisation, reporting, and integration capabilities-Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically-Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organisation-Excellent organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills-An ability to think innovatively and creatively-Drive and aptitude to manage a broad range of responsibilities-Forensic attention to detail-Willingness to learn-Interest in helping and inspiring colleagues-Self-starting, strongly ambitious and tenacious: willing to go the extra mile
Desirable-Experience within a fast-paced, fast-growth Tech start-up environment-Experience working with a PSA (ideally Oracle OpenAir PSA)-Relevant NetSuite certifications are highly desirable
