Lead Specialist - Accounts Receivable - Hybrid

The responsibilities of our Accounts Receivable team are as big and broad as you’d expect from a global business. From receipts and invoicing, to credit notes and refunds, to bank reconciliations, their diverse activities are integral to our success in handling our annual revenues. What you’ll achieve
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to manage our Billing/Invoicing Team. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the team, ensure that all invoicing and billing activities are performed accurately and timely, and lead initiatives to improve processes and drive efficiency.

Work Timing - 2 days work from Office - 2 PM - 11 PM IST and 3 days work from home - 5.30 PM - 2.30 AM IST

Essential Requirements
1) Experience with NetSuite & Salesforce platforms.

2) Oversee the complete lifecycle of the billing and invoicing processes. Ensure accuracy and timely issuance of invoices to customers.

3) Address and resolve any billing disputes or discrepancies promptly and professionally. Work with internal departments to investigate and correct billing errors.

4) Generate regular reports on billing activities, accounts receivable status, and other key metrics. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

5) Ensure all billing practices are compliant with company policies, contractual obligations, and legal requirements.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
