Job Description

We're Droga5. You know our name, you know our work, but we want to introduce you to our future and invite you to be part of it. Where legendary creativity meets world-class tech.

We're looking for a Studio Artworker to join our London office. It's an opportunity for someone who loves craft, thrives on detail, and takes pride in bringing creative ideas to life through exceptional artwork and retouching.

As part of the Studio team, you'll help bring our creative work to life across every client in the agency. Working alongside designers, creatives, producers and account teams, you'll deliver high-quality artwork and retouching across print, digital, social, OOH and integrated campaigns.

You'll combine exceptional technical expertise with a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring every asset is crafted to the highest standard while remaining true to the creative vision.

Beyond client work, you'll play an important role in supporting new business pitches, agency credentials, internal communications and special creative projects, helping shape the future of Droga5 and contributing wherever great craft is needed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Produce exceptional artwork and high-end retouching across print, digital, social, OOH, presentations and integrated campaigns, ensuring every deliverable meets the highest creative and technical standards.

  • Prepare files for production across multiple channels, managing amends, versioning, localisation and final delivery with accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail.

  • Partner with designers, creatives, producers and account teams throughout the creative process, helping bring ideas to life while protecting the integrity of the work from concept through to final execution.

  • Understand each client's visual identity and brand standards, translating creative direction into beautifully crafted, production-ready assets that are consistent across every touchpoint.

  • Support work across every client in the building, flexing between teams as priorities evolve. You'll also contribute to new business pitches, credentials, internal communications and special agency projects, bringing the same level of craft and care to everything you produce.

  • Help maintain D5 London’s Studio's reputation for excellence by sharing knowledge, improving workflows, championing best practice and continually raising the bar for craft across the agency.

This role is for someone who:

  • Obsesses over craft

You notice the details others miss. Whether you're retouching imagery, preparing artwork for print, building social assets or creating presentation decks, you believe every piece of work deserves the same level of care and precision.

  • Masters the tools

You're highly proficient across Adobe Creative Cloud - particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator - and know how to use them to produce technically flawless work. From complex retouching to final artwork, you're trusted to deliver work to the highest standard.

  • Brings images to life

You have a strong eye for photography and image manipulation, with experience delivering high-end retouching that feels natural, considered and true to the creative idea. You understand colour, composition and the subtle details that elevate visual craft.

  • Works brilliantly with people

You build strong relationships across creative, strategy, production and account teams. You listen carefully, understand what's needed and collaborate to bring ideas to life, finding practical solutions while protecting the creative vision.

  • Turns strategy into execution

You understand that great artwork is more than technical accuracy. You're able to interpret brand strategy and creative direction, translating concepts into beautifully crafted assets that are consistent, compelling and on-brand across every touchpoint.

  • Works well under pressure + thrives on variety

One day you could be retouching key visuals for a global campaign. The next, producing OOH artwork, rolling out social assets or building the deck for a new business pitch that’s on a breakneck deadline. You enjoy moving between brands, formats and creative challenges.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Studio Artworker and Retoucher within a creative, advertising or design agency.

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.

  • Advanced retouching and image manipulation skills, with a strong understanding of colour management, image quality and production techniques.

  • Strong understanding of print production, digital asset creation and artwork specifications across multiple formats.

  • Ability to interpret brand strategy and creative direction, translating concepts into technically excellent, production-ready assets.

  • Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary creative teams and internal stakeholders.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, quality control and problem-solving skills.

  • A collaborative mindset, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for making outstanding creative work even better.
