Job Description
The discipline of Account Management exists to create an environment for great work to thrive. Account Management sets the tone, pace and means of working. Account people have to weigh and balance client needs with agency ambitions to determine the vision and then make sure everyone is clear on that vision and how to get there. Despite the title, Account Management doesn’t manage accounts; they ultimately drive businesses.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day running of projects and relationships, supporting the Account Director in leading the business and ensuring clarity, momentum, and high standards across all outputs.
Essential Functions
Act as a key day-to-day client contact, building strong working relationships and trust
Lead project delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Translate client needs into clear briefs and actionable next steps for internal teams
Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and production to deliver integrated, high-quality work
Contribute to strategic thinking and creative development with a clear, informed point of view
Ensure the internal team understands client objectives, priorities, and business context
Support the Account Director in managing workflow, resourcing, and project planning
Proactively identify risks, challenges, and opportunities, and help drive solutions
Maintain strong attention to detail across all deliverables
Support junior team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
Qualifications
Relevant experience in account management within a creative or integrated agency
Strong project management and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong client-service orientation
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across teams
Commercial awareness and understanding of project finances
