Our Team...
TMW, part of Accenture Song is a leading integrated creative and communications agency, proudly wired differently, we believe that the best ideas work everywhere. We combine standout creativity with end-to-end connectivity to create ideas that move people in every channel.
As an Account Manager...
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious Account Manager with great people skills, who is keen to build a career in a friendly, fun and dynamic agency. Someone who is fundamentally passionate about client services and delivering a high standard of work, and itching with curiosity about how client businesses (and agencies) grow.
You need to have the right character, diligence and can-do approach to build strong relationships both internally and externally. With a high-level of organisational skills and a solution-orientated approach to delivery, you will need to be confident to independently lead multi-channel deliverables, with a particular focus on CRM.
You will be the source of truth for agency and clients when it comes to internal and external meeting preparation, note taking, actions to follow up and resource management, supporting the team to ensure we’re always looking ahead. With the support of your line manager you will be responsible for building project plans, booking creative resource and managing budgets.
You will be the go-to point across each project you manage, this will include: taking briefs from the client and managing their expectations; organising kick offs internally; writing the brief; briefing the Creative department; ensuring all departments are managed and kept in the loop; delivering the campaign on time and on budget and retaining the client’s innate trust in you.
You will also work closely with our client’s third parties to deliver campaigns where needed.
What You’ll Need to Succeed...
We’re looking for an energetic, driven individual who thrives on turning challenges into opportunities. To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
Positive Attitude - A ‘can-do / go-getter’ attitude and with an ability to make things happen.
An Eye for Detail - always ensuring an excellent standard of delivery from the agency.
Experience of CRM and ideally digital, social and print channels. Experience with data analytics is useful but not essential.
Strong Communication Skills - you’ll be a calm, clear and confident communicator - you’ll hold the specific delivery knowledge and will be the go-to person of your team to make things happen. You’ll also be an active listener and problem-solver with the ability to build trusted relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners.
Process Focused – you have a high attention to detail and a strong process-driven approach to client services
A quick, self-motivated learner – you’re genuinely interested in getting under the skin of clients’ businesses, audiences and challenges and the different tools we as an agency can bring to bear on these.
Highest level of organisational skills with the ability to prioritise (and clearly communicate around) multiple tasks from different stakeholders
Project Scoping – a proven track record in scoping campaigns, ensuring creation of accurate resource plans, project schedules and price quotes, with clarity about what is and isn’t included in the scope
What we'll give you...
A thriving career with the chance to learn from passionate, talented colleagues and mentors. Exciting and varied client work with as much opportunity as you can handle. And a hugely sociable team to get to know.
Our Total Rewards consist of a competitive basic salary, annual performance bonus, opportunities to acquire equity and a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits. These include perks such as:
• Up to 30 days of leave to spend each year plus 3 extra volunteering days per year for charitable work of choice.
