Job Description

We're all about helping brands turn ideas into impact.
Frontify’s brand platform transforms how teams organize digital assets, collaborate on projects, and create engaging campaigns. Our people empower thousands of marketers and designers — including teams at Uber, Microsoft, Volkswagen, and Telefónica — to build engaging brands.
With headquarters in St. Gallen, Switzerland, and offices in London and New York City, we share a vibrant culture built on creativity, collaboration, inclusion, and joy. And we’re on the lookout for new team members to share our vision. If you’re ready for a brand-new adventure, keep reading!
Your teamYour new team is a group of motivated, collaborative, and innovative people. They are Designers, Product Managers, and Developers from more than seven different countries. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product but always keep room for new ideas and approaches. Outside of work, some of them are parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline junkies, and so much more.
Your Mission
We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to join a brand new Ecosystem team. This role is all about building the integration solutions that connect Frontify to the wider world. You’ll work hands on with developers, partner closely with internal teams, and collaborate directly with external partners to turn integration ideas into working products. Compared to other PM roles here, this one dives deeper into the technical side, you’ll need to understand how things work under the hood and help make smart decisions about how we build, scale, and improve our integrations over time.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll drive the successful execution of integration projects in collaboration with internal and external partners, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
  • You serve as the primary point of contact for integration-related coordination, facilitating communication across Product, Technical Solutions, and Commercial teams.
  • You’ll write clear requirements, track deliverables, and partner with QA and developers to ensure the quality and functionality of integration builds.
  • You engage in technical discussions to understand feature requests, issues, and ongoing project needs whilst supporting teams with small-scale troubleshooting when needed.
  • You’ll identify process inefficiencies and lead improvements that support how integrations are scoped, developed, and maintained.
  • You balance multiple integration projects and stakeholders while keeping timelines, quality, and communication on track.
  • You apply your knowledge of cloud-based software environments to support scalable, reliable integration delivery.
  • You’ll support the growth of junior talent by managing our new internship program focused on product integrations.

Your Story

  • You can work in a hybrid format where you’re able to work on-site in our St. Gallen, Switzerland office 2 times a week, and then choose where works best for you for the rest of the week.
  • You hold 4+ years of experience in technical product or project management in a SaaS environment.
  • You’ve successfully launched and iterated on technical products or integrations — balancing scope, quality, and user needs.
  • You’ve scoped and delivered complex projects, and delivered constraints without compromising quality or timelines.
  • You’re a clear, proactive communicator who collaborates easily across diverse teams and individuals.
  • You bring a structured, strategic approach to balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced, technical environment.
  • You’re comfortable engaging in technical discussions with developers and aligning on project needs.
  • You understand the foundations of web technologies and cloud-based software environments.
