Your Mission
You’ll join our mission to make Frontify a place for all brands to thrive. You’ll take our brand management platform to new heights by building and enhancing the platform used by Lufthansa, Allianz, and many more.
We're expanding the capabilities of our CDN tool to deliver cutting-edge image and video processing solutions. You will play a significant role in helping us achieve our goals and taking on the technical challenges of expanding the platform’s capabilities.

Your responsibilities

• You’ll maintain and enhance OpenCV and FFMPEG integrations in C++ for image and video processing.
• You’ll work on an innovative bridge between NodeJS and C++.
• You’ll implement parallel programming techniques such as threading and computation distribution to optimize software performance.
• You’ll participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices.
• You will document software designs, specifications, and development processes.

Your Story

• You can work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland or join us on-site in our St. Gallen office, with the flexibility to choose your best work environment.
• You have experience designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality C++ code for software applications.
• You conduct thorough testing of software applications and perform necessary debugging.
• You feel comfortable working in VSCode, Docker and Linux.
• You don’t mind writing some backend JavaScript and Linux config files when necessary.
• You feel comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
• You speak English fluently. (French is a plus)
