With headquarters in St. Gallen, Switzerland, and offices in London and New York City, we share a vibrant culture built on creativity, collaboration, inclusion, and joy. And we’re on the lookout for new team members to share our vision. If you’re ready for a brand-new adventure, keep reading!
Your TeamWe’re a multicultural, vibrant, and joyful bunch that work together in complete sync, playing our legal music just like a jazz orchestra. Imagine an ordinary average legal team in a tech corporate environment. Well… we are exactly the opposite. We are always approachable and ready to assist Frontify on every legal topic that might land on our tables. And often, you can also find us at the ping pong table being pros, or in the kitchen cooking amazing meals for everybody.
Your missionWe’re looking for a working student who is curious about the law, and excited to kickstart a career in a dynamic, multicultural legal team. You’ll support Frontify’s legal efforts by researching topics such as compliance, data protection, trademark, and employment law. You’ll also play an important role in dealing with our existing and prospective clients. With the support of one of our in-house counsels, you’ll handle legal documents and contracts for our customers, our vendors, and other relevant stakeholders at Frontify. Ideally, you are also passionate about CSR/ESG in tech, and are keen to contribute to our B-Corp certification as well as other key CSR projects.

Your responsibilities

  • You'll revise contracts, answer RFPs, deal with commercial requests and questionnaires, and negotiate with customers.
  • You’ll contribute to our CSR/ESG efforts by drafting relevant policies, and support the implementation of our new ESG tool.
  • You’ll grow your knowledge and become an active contributor in dealing with our daily privacy tasks, such as revising data protection agreements, answering data privacy requests from customers, and filling out relevant questionnaires.
  • You’ll contribute to the implementation and management of our legal stack.

Your story

  • You’re able to work on-site in our St. Gallen office 1-2 times a week.
  • You’re a law student or a recent law bachelor’s graduate from a Swiss university.
  • You have a solid understanding of Swiss law and are eager to explore international law in depth.
  • You’re passionate about tech law, with a special interest in contract negotiations and data privacy challenges. You're keen to expand your expertise into labor law.
  • Ideally, you have some hands-on experience with AI, are familiar with common legal tech tools, and have a basic grasp of project management.
  • You are able to work 60% in accordance with the flexibility required for your studies.
  • You’re fluent in English, and proficiency in German and/or French is a strong advantage
