Your mission
Our mission is to redefine the digital asset management landscape by building a user-focused platform that prioritizes ease of use, scalability, and adaptability. We’re challenging the DAM market by delivering robust and innovative solutions that make consuming and working with digital assets effortless for major brands and users worldwide.
You’ll lead one of our DAM (Digital Asset Management) teams and play a critical role in elevating our team's performance and capabilities. When leading both backend and frontend engineers in your team, you’ll need a deep understanding of how to architect, plan, and drive implementation in a SaaS product at scale. You will drive technical excellence and support the team in delivering impactful solutions. Being a lead at Frontify is all about defining success as a team and supporting each other to take our already successful product to the next level.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead software development teams, mentor engineers, inspiring high performance, and fostering team cohesion.
  • Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., QA, DevOps) to align on goals and deliverables.
  • Contribute to product strategy, plan OKRs, and drive the team toward measurable, successful outcomes.
  • Take ownership of delivering high-quality software on time, proactively managing risks and dependencies.
  • Architect scalable solutions, guide technical vision, and balance innovation with technical debt.
  • Apply expertise in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban) to optimize team processes and enhance efficiency.

  • You can work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland or join us on-site in our St. Gallen office, with the flexibility to choose your best work environment.
  • You’ve led software development teams for at least 2 years, mentoring engineers, inspiring high performance and fostering a cohesive team.
  • You effectively partner with PMs, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., QA, DevOps) to align on goals and deliverables.
  • You’ve contributed to product strategy, planned OKRs, and driven your team to measurable, successful outcomes.
  • You have proven professional experience with React, Typescript and/or PHP, as you will lead a multidisciplinary team.
  • You're an expert in architecting/designing, developing, and maintaining large software solutions.
  • You hold strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • You have excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • You speak English fluently.
