Your missionAt Frontify, we’re building more than just a workplace – we’re creating a vibrant, welcoming space where people love to come together. As our Office Manager in St.Gallen, you'll be the heart of our office culture – keeping things running smoothly, planning unforgettable moments, and bringing a daily dose of good energy.

Your responsibilities

  • Office maintenance: You'll ensure the office remains clean, welcoming, and well-stocked with essentials like coffee and snacks. Creativity is encouraged—feel free to introduce innovative ideas to enhance our workspace.
  • Event support: You'll independently plan and execute internal events—whether virtual, hybrid, or on-site—for smaller groups, and support company-wide gatherings of up to 300 attendees.
  • Administrative tasks: You’ll provide essential admin support—maintaining our Frontify Wiki, managing giveaway inventory, and assisting with workplace tasks. You’ll handle mail, keep the team inbox organized, respond to inquiries, and ship packages globally to customers and employees.
  • All-round helper: Whether it’s organizing a team offsite or unloading the dishwasher, you’re ready to jump in wherever needed.

  • You're located in or near St. Gallen and happy to work from the office every day – you thrive in a lively and international environment.
  • You love being around people – always cheerful, approachable, and ready to lend a hand. You’re hands-on – no task is too big or too small.
  • You’re creative, proactive, and full of ideas that make the office even better.
  • You know how to organize yourself, have a keen eye for detail, and can remain calm even if it’s stormy.
  • You feel comfortable handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • You enjoy working autonomously and with others.
  • You have a basic understanding of office equipment and maintenance.
  • Ideally, you already have experience in organizing and running events.
  • You speak English and German fluently.
  • You can work between 80%-100%.
