Job Description

Zoonou is one of the UK’s leading software testing companies, 100% employee-owned and a Certified B Corporation®.

We don’t just test software - we help our clients create better digital experiences that work for everyone. Because we’re co-owners, we all have a genuine stake in how we do it.

We’re growing sustainably, balancing profit with purpose, and building a company that puts people first: our clients and each other. At Zoonou, the work matters. The way we do it matters even more.

The role

We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded individual who wants to build a career in sales.
You might come from business development, administration, sales coordination - or you may simply have the kind of organised, detail-driven mindset that thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment. What matters most is your motivation to drive business, support revenue growth and develop into a high-performing sales professional.

This is a role at the heart of our growing sales function. You’ll work directly with our experienced sales team, learning how opportunities are generated, progressed and closed. You’ll be actively involved in moving deals forward, supporting live opportunities and helping the team hit targets, while also ensuring the admin and paperwork behind the scenes is handled efficiently and accurately.

With hands-on support, training and exposure to real sales activity, this is a genuine opportunity to learn from our existing sales team and develop your career in sales.

What you’ll do as our Junior Client Partner

You’ll work closely with the sales team to drive opportunities forward, support revenue growth and keep the commercial engine running smoothly.

A typical day might include:

  • Supporting live sales opportunities, helping the team progress deals and move prospects through the pipeline.
  • Driving follow-ups and client engagement, ensuring momentum is maintained and nothing slips.
  • Learning the sales process end-to-end, building confidence in lead nurturing, qualification and closing techniques.
  • Attending sales meetings and training, developing product knowledge and strengthening your commercial skillset.
  • Contributing to hitting team targets, supporting campaigns, outreach and opportunity management.
  • Alongside this, you’ll also provide essential operational support to keep the sales process running efficiently:
  • Preparing sales documents, proposals, contracts and client materials.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records, logging activity and updating pipeline stages.
  • Managing client documentation, ensuring everything is organised, current and accessible.
  • Coordinating with Operations and Project Managers to ensure smooth handovers from sale to delivery.
  • Supporting internal reporting so the team stays aligned on progress and priorities.

Every week will be different. If you’re motivated by momentum, enjoy improving how things work, and want your efforts to have a visible impact on revenue and growth, you’ll thrive here.

A little bit about your skills, experience and behaviours

You don’t need to tick every box.  What matters most is your drive, organisation, communication skills and desire to grow in sales.

Here’s what we think would set you up for success:

  • Highly motivated and commercially curious, with a genuine interest in sales and business growth.
  • Organised, proactive and detail-focused, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Friendly, confident communicator, comfortable dealing with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong admin skills with a methodical approach to tasks and documentation.
  • Confident using systems, particularly CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Keen to learn, take initiative and contribute ideas to improve sales performance and efficiency.
  • Experience in direct sales or business development is a bonus, but not essential.

We’re looking for the best talent to join us on our journey; we’re also seeking people who demonstrate behaviours aligned with our core values – observance, curiosity, positivity, and one-team. At Zoonou, how you do things matters as much as what you do.
