Who We Are
We’re here to build a network the UK can count on – one that connects people, places and potential. We’re creating more than the UK’s best network. We’re helping close the digital divide, empower communities and drive meaningful progress.
We believe that everyone should feel they belong. Whoever you are and whatever your story, there’s space for you here. We’re building a workplace where different perspectives are welcomed, voices are heard, and everyone feels safe to show up as themselves.
You’ll join a team that genuinely cares – about each other, about our customers, and about the future we’re building. From day one, you’ll be welcomed, valued and encouraged to bring your whole self to work.
Why VodafoneThree
Join us and you’ll be at the heart of change. That means building responsibly, investing sustainably and creating opportunities that last.
We’re not just expanding connectivity; we’re reimagining what a connected nation looks like. With £11bn invested in 5G and digital infrastructure, your work will directly power businesses, services, and communities across the country.

What you’ll do
You’ll step into a role where you’ll shape the future of reporting and analytics, leading talented cross-functional squads and partnering with the business to unlock insights that drive real impact. You’ll be at the heart of building scalable solutions, championing best practices, and making sure data tells the story it needs to.

- You’ll reduce manual processes and duplicative effort to speed up insights.
- You’ll ensure solutions are support-ready with documentation, training, and service handover plans.
- You’ll provide L3 support for reporting solutions where needed.
- You’ll align with and deliver to D&A governance frameworks.
- You’ll foster strong partnerships across IT and business domains, especially functional insight teams.
- You’ll estimate and manage team capacity, optimising the use of partner resources.
Who you are
- Strong ability to quantify and communicate business impact through data storytelling and visualisation.
- Proven expertise in leading teams delivering on MicroStrategy, Tableau, and other BI tools.
- Experience in leading cross-functional delivery teams and business partnering.
- In-depth knowledge of data privacy and GDPR compliance regulations.
- Skilled in iterative delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Ability to drive adoption of reusable and scalable reporting frameworks.
- Familiarity with operational support models and service readiness planning.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change management capabilities.
