Who you are
• An individual with an MBA background, specialising in HR, Marketing, Business Analytics, or Operations
• Someone who demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal capabilities
• Comfortable working with data, numbers, and structured processes
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, with a strong ability to work with data and prepare clear, effective presentations
• A problem-solver with an adaptable and learning-oriented mindset
• Detail-focused, reliable, and committed to quality and timely delivery
What you’ll do
• Gain practical exposure to core business and operational activities within a fast-paced corporate environment
• Support data tracking, reporting, and analysis to assist teams in monitoring performance and outcomes
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives through structured problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Partner with multiple stakeholders across teams to ensure smooth day-to-day execution
• Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, operational discipline, and efficiency
• Use insights derived from data to support informed and effective business decision-making
• Build a comprehensive skill set that brings together operations, analytics, and business understanding
