Role purpose:

Drive end-to-end product design for impactful digital solutions across web and mobile, creating intuitive, user-cantered experiences that meet business goals while solving real user problems. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver high-quality designs from concept to launch.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

Lead the design process from discovery to delivery for assigned projects.

Define and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides.

Own user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Advocate for usability and accessibility standards across products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

Conduct and support usability testing and user research.

Make informed design decisions backed by data, research, and best practices.

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

roven experience delivering end-to-end product design solutions in agile environments.

Strong proficiency in Figma (including advanced component libraries, auto-layout, variables, and tokens).

Expertise in responsive design for multiple devices and platforms.

Strong grasp of UX principles, accessibility standards, and design best practices.

Experience in translating complex requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

4+ years in UI/UX or Product Design roles.

Portfolio showcasing impactful, user-centered designs.

Bachelor’s degree in product Design, computer engineering, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, FigJam, or similar).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to present and defend design decisions clearly.

Nice to have:

Designing for AI-driven products or integrating AI into the design workflow.

Experience with design tokens and scalable design systems.

Conducting moderated and unmoderated usability testing.

Motion design or micro-interaction prototyping skills.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals for design handoff clarity.
