About this Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to strengthen the PMO capability within the Vodafone UK Digital & IT Delivery team. This role partners closely with delivery portfolios to enhance governance, drive standardisation, and improve performance visibility. The successful candidate will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of programmes, ensuring delivery quality through structured processes, strong reporting, and continuous improvement aligned with SAFe and hybrid delivery principles.

What you will do:

Collaborate with Value & Execution Leads and PMO Leads to support effective project planning, execution, and monitoring
Ensure adherence to project management processes and continuously optimise PMO standards
Track Technology Delivery milestones in real time, maintaining accurate risks and issues logs
Facilitate adoption of hybrid delivery practices aligned with SAFe principles
Enhance project and programme reporting cycles to provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders
Support financial governance by aligning reporting with corporate standards
Drive data quality and integrity across PMO tools and reporting systems
Partner with PMO & Transformation leadership to strengthen governance frameworks
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and progress tracking
Highlight risks, issues, and dependencies to support informed decision-making
Support capacity planning and coordinate with Capacity Management teams
Deliver training sessions on PMO processes, tools, and governance practices
Generate performance reports and provide basic analytical insights

Who you are:

Must have:

At least 4 years of experience in a PMO, project support, or coordination role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Clear communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
High attention to detail with a focus on accurate reporting and tracking
Foundational knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks
Ability to follow structured processes and support delivery teams in day-to-day activities

Nice to have:

Experience across transformation or technology portfolios
Familiarity with Power BI, advanced Excel, Power Automate, or Power Apps
Exposure to Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools
Understanding of SAFe or Agile frameworks
Experience in financial tracking or reporting
