Key Responsibilities
Drive structured planning, execution, and governance of finance transformation initiatives, ensuring clear milestones, ownership, and alignment with the overall roadmap
Establish and maintain robust program management disciplines, including standardized methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks across initiatives
Provide end-to-end oversight of initiative progress, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and delivery gaps, and supporting timely resolution
Partner closely with project managers and workstream leads to define business cases, success metrics, and implementation plans, ensuring consistency in execution approach
Monitor initiative performance against plans (scope, timeline, outcomes), challenging assumptions and supporting course correction where needed
Develop high-quality, insight-driven reporting for senior leadership, enabling transparency on progress, risks, resource utilization, and value delivery
Support strategic planning processes, including transformation roadmap development, prioritization, and alignment with annual strategic direction
Lead and coordinate change management activities across the transformation portfolio, including change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning
Develop and drive communication strategies and materials to support transformation initiatives, ensuring clarity, consistency, and effective stakeholder engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful implementation, embedding new ways of working and ensuring sustainable adoption of change

You bring a structured and disciplined approach to delivering complex initiatives, with the ability to translate strategic priorities into well-defined plans and tangible outcomes. You are comfortable operating across multiple initiatives, managing dependencies, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders to drive consistent delivery.
Change management capability:
You understand that successful transformation goes beyond execution and requires effective adoption. You are able to assess change impacts, engage stakeholders at all levels, and support the implementation of new ways of working, ensuring that change is embedded and sustained over time.
Collaboration & influence:
You thrive in a matrixed, international environment, building strong relationships across functions and geographies. You are able to navigate ambiguity, influence without formal authority, and align diverse stakeholders to a common direction.
Leadership expectation:
We are looking for individuals who take ownership of delivering transformation outcomes, working collaboratively across teams and stakeholders to ensure aligned and disciplined execution. You lead by example through strong stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and a structured approach to problem-solving and delivery.
You are driven to deliver results in complex environments while maintaining a high standard of integrity and accountability, and you proactively identify and resolve challenges to keep initiatives on track.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with 5+ years of experience
Strong PMO / project management experience in complex, fast-paced environments
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leadership levels
Strong financial acumen with ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable outcomes
Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong communication and presentation capabilities
