Job Description:

This role supports the Head of Data, Tooling and Reporting in delivering accurate, consistent and insightful portfolio data and reporting across a large, complex project environment.

The role holder will take ownership of business-as-usual (BAU) reporting and help shape the development of PMO data and tooling capabilities. The role holder will act as a key contact for portfolio reporting, support wider PMO improvement initiatives, and have some line management responsibility.

Core duties:

  • You will deliver accurate, timely portfolio analysis and BAU reporting, ensuring high-quality data and clear, insight-led outputs
  • You will manage and continuously improve PMO reporting tools and dashboards (e.g. Power BI, ServiceNow, SharePoint), including governance and automation
  • You will support and take ownership of elements of the end-to-end reporting cycle, producing KPI and performance insights with a particular focus on Perseus/partner reporting
  • You will enable effective portfolio governance through structured reviews, clear reporting outputs, and actionable recommendations
  • You will build strong working relationships across programmes, teams and external partners to support consistent reporting and shared understanding

Essential Skills:

  • You will have a solid PMO / PM&C background, with a good understanding of how governance, assurance and reporting support delivery in practice
  • You will have advanced technical capability in data analysis and visualisation – or the ability to quickly build capability in this area, particularly through Power BI and Excel, with a working knowledge of ServiceNow and Jira
  • You will have the ability to interpret complex information, think critically, and turn data into meaningful, practical insight
  • You will have clear and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders and tailoring messages to the audience

The PMO Data Team

The PMO Data Team sits at the heart of how the organisation plans, delivers and measures change, shaping the reporting and data that support portfolio decision-making. You’ll be joining at a pivotal time for EIT, with transformation underway that is changing how we work with partners and reshaping how we deliver Digital, Data and Cyber. You’ll contribute to both BAU reporting and wider change, including more agile ways of working. This is a great opportunity to work with senior stakeholders, develop your skills, and play a key role in improving tools, reporting and data-driven insight across the PMO.
