About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst to join the Vodafone UK D&IT Delivery team. This role is critical in supporting effective planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within a rapidly evolving environment. You will collaborate with Technology Delivery teams and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are set up for success, maintain governance standards, and drive continuous improvement across delivery processes.

What you will do

Partner with the Value & Execution Lead and PMO Leads to support planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
Ensure project management processes and standards are followed and optimised, fostering continuous improvement.
Track real-time status of Technology Delivery milestones and maintain risks and issues in relevant systems.
Champion hybrid delivery values and support adoption of SAFe principles within Technology Delivery teams.
Facilitate regular project and programme-level reporting cycles.
Coordinate financial reporting in line with governance requirements.
Collaborate with the PMO & Transformation Manager to uphold delivery methodology and governance effectiveness.
Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and schedules.
Monitor resource allocation and capacity, identifying potential bottlenecks.
Conduct training sessions for Technology Delivery teams on PMO processes and tools.
Generate and analyse project performance metrics to identify trends and support decision-making.

Who you are

Experienced PMO Analyst with at least 2 years in project or PMO roles across diverse portfolios.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with expert Excel capabilities.
Skilled in Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communicator across all organisational levels.
Demonstrates innovation, self-motivation, and collaborative working.
Hands-on experience in financial reporting and maintenance.
Familiarity with SAFe principles and Waterfall methodologies desirable.
Exposure to Azure DevOps and SAP is a plus.
